History of Palm Coast
Flagler County was founded in 1917 and named after Henry Flagler, the famous industrialist who built the Florida East Coast Railway that stretched all the way to Key West. About Pete
My name is Peter Larsson and I am a Realtor living and working in Flagler County. I was born in Sweden and moved to the Cayman Islands when I was just 11, so I've lived around the world but still have not found a city as beautiful as Palm Coast. I have been a resident here since I was just 15 years old, so I am familiar with the county's culture and distinct communities, including Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Bunnell and newer areas like the up and coming Town Center which will be the new downtown of Palm Coast.

I graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. After earning my degree, I ventured into real estate and was employed by the private developer of high end luxury properties, the Ginn Company at Palm Coast's beautiful Hammock Beach Resort. My real estate experience at the Ginn Company gave me a great foundation to the world of real estate and the opportunity to match a number of families with all kinds of different backgrounds with homes in a wide variety of price ranges.
